Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ mental health needs, challenges, and personal objectives.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions targeting a diverse array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management.

• Develop customized treatment plans that prioritize client input, establish clear therapeutic goals, and include clinically appropriate interventions.

• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, swiftly and effectively triaging needs to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources, fostering self-advocacy and independence.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes, in strict adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all aspects of practice, ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent in therapeutic relationships.
