\nLocation/In-Office Policy: New York, NY, Hybrid (4 Days in Office)
\nQualifications : 3 - 6 yrs of operations/middle office/trade support experience from an alternative asset manage / private equity / hedge fund (with derivatives, equities, credit, fixed income)
\nCompensation : $115,000 - $150,000 base salary plus a target bonus of 20% - 25%

This is an exciting opportunity to join a sophisticated investment platform with exposure to a broad range of asset classes, complex financial instruments, and diverse trading strategies.

With direct exposure to the COO/CFO/CCO, and investment professionals, this individual will have the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the business while contributing to key operational initiatives and process improvements.

\nThis position sits at the intersection of trading, risk, and operations, offering exposure to the full trade lifecycle across a diverse investment portfolio.
\n \nKey responsibilities include:
\n-Overseeing trade capture, booking, and reconciliation across multiple asset classes.
\n-Monitoring daily trading activity, operational controls, position limits, and risk reporting.
\n-Coordinating with traders, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade-related issues.
\n-Managing derivative-related workflows, including confirmations and options activity.
\n-Preparing daily and weekly reporting for investment and operations teams.
\n-Supporting automation, process enhancements, and cross-functional projects.
