About the Role We’re looking for a Corporate Paralegal to support our growing business across commercial contracting, employment and compliance matters, and internal risk management. This is a highly collaborative, business-facing role that works closely with leadership, HR, and commercial teams to support day-to-day legal and operational needs. This opportunity is ideal for a junior to mid-level paralegal who enjoys practical legal work, strong cross-functional partnership, and operating in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Commercial & Contracting Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer and sales agreements, vendor and service contracts, NDAs, and master service agreements. Partner with commercial teams to structure practical, business-oriented contract terms. Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks. Employment & Compliance Advise HR and leadership on employment law and compliance matters. Support the development and review of policies, SOPs, and internal procedures. Provide guidance on employee relations and risk mitigation. Internal Legal & Risk Management Identify legal and regulatory risks across operations. Recommend practical, business-aligned solutions. Support corporate governance and internal controls as needed. This role focuses on transactional, compliance, and advisory support for internal operations, with outside counsel engaged for dispute-related matters. Qualifications Required Paralegal certificate, associate’s degree, or equivalent relevant experience. 2–6 years of paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in a law firm or in-house setting. Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. Working knowledge of employment law and compliance matters. Preferred Experience supporting energy, oil & gas, or industrial businesses. Background in transactional or corporate practice. Exposure to multi-state employment environments.
