Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methodologies tailored to diverse client needs.

• Assess clients’ mental health conditions and relational dynamics to develop appropriate, personalized treatment plans.

• Employ various therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and play therapy to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the practice to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing staff meetings and training sessions to discuss client cases, share insights, and promote a collaborative approach to client treatment.
