Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, utilizing our telehealth platform to provide services to clients across the region. You will have the ability to work from the comfort of your own home while still being an integral part of our dynamic team. The telehealth facility allows you to engage with clients effectively through virtual platforms, ensuring that you can maintain a work-life balance while fulfilling your professional responsibilities. Your regular working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and foster individualized treatment plans that reflect their personal goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Stay abreast of current best practices and pursue ongoing professional development to continuously enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse population of clients who are facing various emotional challenges. This commonly includes individuals dealing with acute anxiety, chronic stress, trauma-related issues, and interpersonal conflicts. By leveraging transformative therapy techniques, you will help empower your clients to navigate their struggles and achieve better emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license or certification in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing counseling services in clinical settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the formation of meaningful connections with clients, which promotes trust and therapeutic rapport.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
