Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify patient needs and create individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy, counseling, and ongoing support to clients, focusing on implementing customized interventions and approaches based on the patient's unique circumstances.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans through scheduled follow-ups to ensure optimal client outcomes and address changing needs effectively.

• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical standards concerning the documentation and treatment of mental health conditions.

• Utilize technology effectively, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), to maintain detailed records and facilitate communication with other healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with community resources and specialists to provide comprehensive care to clients, making referrals when necessary.

• Engage in continual professional development and training to stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment and therapy techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a varied population including diverse age groups and backgrounds. Our clients may face issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other mental health disorders. A significant aspect of this role involves establishing rapport and building trust with clients, particularly those who are dealing with sensitive personal challenges. The therapist will guide them through their journeys towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Possession of a valid and active professional license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in the State of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in providing diagnostic assessments and therapy to a diverse clientele, covering youth to adults.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple client caseloads and documentation requirements efficiently.
