Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and recovery-oriented strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families, set therapeutic goals, and regularly assess and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) systems ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Engage in clinical supervision and consultation with peers to promote ongoing professional development and ensure the highest standards of care.

• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and community outreach to remain aligned with organizational goals and community needs.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health practices to implement effective treatment strategies in your practice.

• Effectively communicate progress and challenges with clients, their families, and relevant stakeholders while demonstrating empathy and patience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Senior Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise in family systems will support families navigating complex dynamics, ensuring holistic and integrative care. You will be instrumental in assisting clients in their journey toward improved mental health, resilience, and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science or related field with licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience providing mental health therapy in clinical settings.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver clinical services to individuals, groups, and families, applying knowledge of effective treatment methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of mental health illnesses, their treatment modalities, and record-keeping procedures.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a telehealth environment.
