Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide onsite therapeutic interventions for individuals and families facing crises, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.

• Collaborate with first responders and other professionals during crisis situations, facilitating seamless transitions to appropriate levels of care and support.

• Lead a dispatched mobile team, offering clinical guidance and supervision to team members while ensuring high standards of care are met.

• Conduct precise and comprehensive assessments to develop a clinical picture of each client's needs, formulating appropriate treatment plans and recommendations.

• Make informed referrals for placement, case management, and aftercare services as necessary, enhancing the continuity of care.

• Stay informed about community resources and develop strong networks that can benefit clients in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Your caseload will often include clients dealing with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, co-occurring disorders, and adjustment issues. A critical focus of this role is to support adolescents grappling with mental health issues, providing culturally competent treatments that respect and understand their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in California as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
