Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients to understand their unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions or teletherapy options for clients facing accessibility challenges, adjusting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Monitor client progress toward their therapeutic goals while adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists at Transcendence Health Partners serve a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This role requires a strong ability to foster trust and rapport with clients, helping them to navigate personal difficulties, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude.

• Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage time effectively to balance client caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in outpatient settings is highly desirable, especially with populations facing trauma and anxiety-related issues. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices will be an asset. Experience in telehealth delivery will also be beneficial as we continue to support our clients remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n
