Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your extensive clinical skills will be utilized with a diverse clientele. Clients screened for our teletherapy services are typically stable adults with varying degrees of emotional and psychological needs. This population may include individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitional challenges, all seeking support in a comfortable and convenient manner.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure to practice independently in California as one of the following: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Note: Provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively.

• Proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms and basic computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:
