Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Youthful Minds Healthcare Services, LLC, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the overall health and well-being of your clients:

• Document client progress and therapy outcomes, ensuring that all records are thorough and up-to-date.

• Provide support in daily living activities, where appropriate, guiding clients through tasks such as shopping, meal planning, and cooking.

• Support medication management by providing prompts and ensuring medication consistency, while monitoring clients’ adherence as per program specifications.

• Educate clients on navigating public transportation for medical appointments and community access.

• Assess and report client mood and emotional tone consistently, ensuring compliance with agency safety protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Applicants must possess the following qualifications to fulfill the role effectively:

• Active and valid licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California; associate licenses are not billable through Medicare and cannot be accepted.
