This full-time, remote position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000, depending on experience and qualifications. As a key member of our outpatient office, you will deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, therapy, and crisis intervention services to both adult and child clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for clients, preparing detailed intake summaries and treatment plans in accordance with state and NCQA regulations.

• Provide ongoing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in screening and evaluating patients for psychotropic medications, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
\n
• Maintain thorough, confidential records of client progress, documenting treatment outcomes and making necessary adjustments to care as needed.
\n
• Engage in departmental program development, implementation, and evaluation, actively contributing to the growth and innovation of our services.

• Educate clients and their families on compliance with therapeutic regimens and medication management, enhancing their understanding and engagement with the treatment process.
\n
• May supervise and mentor Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors as needed, fostering the development of emerging professionals in the field.

• Provide crisis intervention and ensure that safety concerns are reported to mandated agencies as necessary to protect the welfare of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid California licenses such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) are necessary.

• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) must be acquired upon hire to ensure you can practice effectively and comply with health regulations.

• Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric disorders, particularly with children and families.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
