Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to gauge clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, developing tailored treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists and case managers, to ensure that clients receive well-integrated and holistic care.

• Educate clients' families about mental health issues and recovery processes, encouraging their involvement and support in the treatment journey.

The clients you will serve are pre-screened and stabilized, primarily comprising adolescents and young adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess an active license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California to provide mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 122,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
