Role Requirements:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification and credentials
• Math credit coursework completed; alternatively, holding a Teacher of the Handicapped position with math credits is acceptable
• Experience working with diverse learners in a school setting
• Ability to adapt instruction and classroom management strategies to individual needs
• Strong collaborative skills to work with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Must be available to work onsite throughout the school year

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans focused on math skills
