Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, promptly establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess ongoing progress, discuss developments, and evaluate readiness for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals and needs.
\n
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes for each client, keeping records current and accurate.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and therapeutic needs.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques and strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances.
\n
• Engage in regular individual supervision to receive guidance, feedback, and support for professional growth.
\n
• Cooperate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a cohesive approach to clients' mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
\n
• Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer systems such as Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and communication.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable with conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on initial findings.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Experience working with children and adolescents or specific populations such as LGBTQIA+ communities.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. Furthermore, our fee-for-service compensation model ensures that clinicians are rewarded for their efforts without delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
