Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify each patient’s individual goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour to ensure focused, personalized care.
• Develop, implement, and adjust comprehensive care plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility and strength.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality treatment interventions, motivating patients while they progress through rehabilitation.
• Provide cost-effective alternatives to medication and potential surgeries whenever possible.
• Design specialized fitness and wellness programs tailored to meet each patient’s unique challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes to facilitate communication with interdisciplinary team members.
• Encourage a healthy lifestyle in patients by enhancing their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through effective exercise regimens.
• Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on an orthopedic patient population requiring outpatient rehabilitation. These patients may have undergone surgery, sustained injuries, or be managing chronic conditions affecting mobility. You will engage with diverse age groups and varying physical abilities, customizing treatment strategies to meet each patient's specific needs and ensuring a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist with a clean professional record, free of board actions.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid foundation in exercise physiology.
• Exceptional skills in developing and implementing tailored exercise protocols based on patient evaluations.
• Proficient in utilizing EMR Software, particularly WebPT, to track patient information and care plans.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrable success in achieving positive patient outcomes through personalized therapy programs.
• Familiarity with current best practices in physical therapy, including the latest rehabilitation technologies and techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skills.
