Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Empower Move, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and challenges, gathering data that informs their individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized care strategies that meet the specific needs of each patient, taking into account their age, condition, and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize state-of-the-art software to objectively measure patient outcomes, ensuring accurate tracking of progress and effectiveness of treatments.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, re-evaluations, and discharge summaries efficiently to comply with all regulatory and departmental policies.
• Engage with patients and their families about their treatment plans, ensuring they understand the therapeutic process and are motivated to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment, making a meaningful impact on patients' lives through inclusive and compassionate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (a temporary permit is acceptable).
• A valid BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Compensation and Benefits
