Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinical outcomes within the therapy department, addressing any outlier cases in coordination with fellow staff therapists.
• Optimize clinical workflows to enhance patient capture rates, streamline the processing of referrals, and manage scheduling effectively.
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans for each patient, with a strong emphasis on early intervention and efficient same-day evaluations.
• Facilitate a collaborative and professional working environment, encouraging full participation from colleagues to promote teamwork, quality of care, exceptional patient outcomes, and safety.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify and implement opportunities for clinical improvement in service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through regular communication and engagement to foster a network of support for patient care.

Qualifications

• Current and active licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrable communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills essential for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with patients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on quality care and patient satisfaction.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting or equivalent clinical practice, particularly within multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems to manage patient documentation and treatment planning effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
