This position is part‑time and requires night shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
