At Sunnyslope Nursing Home we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team at our Bowerston, OH location. As a CNA you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our residents. This position is part‑time and requires night shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and hydration as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and safe environment.
