Job Summary

At Sunnyslope Nursing Home we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team at our Bowerston, OH location. As a CNA you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our residents. This position is part‑time and requires night shift duties.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with daily living activities.
Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and hydration as needed.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and safe environment.
