Salesforce BSA (Partner Portal)

Job Summary:


We seek a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, focusing on Salesforce applications. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce Partner Portal and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements.
• Solution Design: Design and document scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, particularly focusing on Partner Portal and Experience Cloud.
• Process Mapping: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and map out optimized processes using Salesforce capabilities.
• Project Management: Manage and lead Salesforce implementation projects, meeting timelines and deliverables.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, conduct testing (UAT, regression, etc.), and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce features.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Partner Portal and Experience Cloud is a must.
  • Experience in managing Salesforce projects and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data models.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
