About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our North American business, supporting employees throughout the United States and Mexico. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and own employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, talent development, compliance, and acquisition integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building scalable HR programs that support business growth.
Qualifications
Required
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or standalone HR role.
Proven experience managing HR across multiple legal entities or subsidiaries, ideally in an outsourced or multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of US employment law; familiarity with Mexican labor law is a plus.
Hands-on experience with benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, and payroll coordination.
Demonstrated ability to manage HR integrations through mergers, acquisitions, or rapid headcount growth.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
Comfortable working autonomously in a lean HR setup with limited administrative support.
Willingness and ability to travel 10–20% of the time across the US and occasionally internationally.
