Work Environment

This position is primarily home-based, allowing for a flexible work schedule while providing essential hands-on therapy services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions within their home environment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient goals utilizing therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation techniques.
• Implement a variety of treatment strategies, including exercise prescriptions, manual therapy techniques, stretching routines, and educational interventions to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor, document, and assess patient progress at each visit to ensure that therapy goals are being met and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and family members about treatment processes as well as proper techniques for using assistive devices and engaging in preventative practices.
• Maintain current knowledge and skills through continuous education, attending workshops, and engaging with professional networks and societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Orthopedic Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population including children and adults with a variety of orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery needs, and other musculoskeletal impairments. Our approach emphasizes personalized care that focuses on not just rehabilitation, but also proactive strategies to manage ongoing health.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy strongly preferred.
• Valid and active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with patients and families.
• Proficient with computer systems for documentation and word processing.
• A strong commitment to professional development and flexibility in adapting to various patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
