Work Environment

This position is entirely onsite, providing direct interactions with patients to facilitate their recovery process. Working from our home care facility in Woodbridge, you will benefit from a collaborative and nurturing environment that prioritizes teamwork while offering the flexibility to adjust patient engagement strategies based on individual needs. Expect to work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in a setting designed to foster patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that prioritize their recovery goals and mobility improvement.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments that analyze musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing tools such as range-of-motion tests and strength evaluations.
• Provide clear guidance on preventative measures, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care techniques to empower patients in maintaining their health long-term.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, contributing insights and strategies to optimize patient care and recovery efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus for our Orthopedic Physical Therapist will be treating patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. Qualifications

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required for this role.
• Must have an active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
