Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility provides a dynamic and collaborative onsite environment, where physical therapists work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent and predictable routine for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will undertake several important responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' musculoskeletal conditions to devise individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Implementing therapeutic interventions and continuously monitoring patient progress to adjust therapy strategies as needed, ensuring that patients meet their rehabilitation goals.
• Documenting detailed progress notes and maintaining accurate patient records to track improvements and inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans and ensure holistic patient management.
• Providing education to patients regarding injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and exercises to facilitate recovery and empower them to maintain their physical health post-treatment.

This role primarily serves a diverse population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. You will work with patients of all ages, offering tailored therapy that addresses their specific rehabilitation needs and lifestyle requirements. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• An active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, emphasizing orthopedic conditions and treatments.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and rehabilitation methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits
