Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with Centralized Intake and clinical supervisors to manage intern caseloads and address any emerging concerns effectively.

• Engage in regular audits and quality assurance (QA/QI) assessments of client documentation to ensure compliance with agency policies and funding guidelines.
\n
• Participate in agency meetings and trainings to remain updated on best practices and organizational changes.
\n
• Complete analytical reports and documentation as required by the Director, contributing to transparency and accountability within the program.
\n
• Provide immediate clinical consultations during crises, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their families.
\n
• Maintain a pristine work environment and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to appropriate management.
\n
• Implement and monitor clinical program objectives and ensure service delivery meets established standards.
\n
• Conduct psychotherapy for clients as per their individualized treatment plans, adapting strategies based on client needs.
\n
• Oversee the intern recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding, to align with agency objectives.
\n
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for interns, ensuring they are compliant with federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Ensure all intern documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
\n
• Participate in internship performance evaluations and assist in retention strategies.
\n
• Engage in monitoring intern workloads to support the achievement of programmatic goals.

The ideal candidate will primarily work with adults facing a spectrum of emotional and social challenges, often in the context of substance use recovery. Preferred Experience\n
