Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, address any concerns, and prepare them for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater specifically to each client's needs and goals.

• Document client interactions thoroughly, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment records in compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to inform treatment planning and identify immediate mental health needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions weekly, employing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Engage in individual supervision and continuous professional learning, maintaining a growth mindset to enhance skillsets and therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, your primary focus will be on adolescent and young adult clients presenting with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and more serious behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
