Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs accurately, followed by the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate therapeutic frameworks to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Coordinate care by working alongside case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic treatment approaches.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support to clients facing acute distress, ensuring compassion and professionalism during critical situations.

• Lead community outreach initiatives and educational workshops to elevate mental health awareness and reduce stigma within the population served.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients spanning various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
