Work Environment

This position will be based onsite in a modern healthcare facility that is designed with patient comfort and safety in mind. The work environment is collaborative, focusing on teamwork to deliver high-quality care. Our facility is equipped with advanced devices for various treatments, including Diode Laser for hair removal, IPL devices, PRP, Micro-needling, and Chemical Peels, ensuring you have the best tools at your disposal to provide excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer various aesthetic treatments including Neurotoxin injections, Dermal Fillers, and laser therapies with precision and care.
• Conduct thorough consultations, understanding patient needs, and develop customized treatment plans that address their skin concerns.
• Manage and maintain patient records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate charting and documentation of all clinical encounters.
• Engage in follow-up care protocols, providing consistent communication and support to retain patients while monitoring their treatment progress.
• Educate patients on skincare routines, recommend appropriate retail products, and effectively cross-promote med spa services to enhance the client experience.
• Ensure a sterile and safe working environment by adhering strictly to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices by participating in educational workshops and collaborating with colleagues.
• Actively contribute to team goals while demonstrating a strong commitment to brand loyalty and promoting Smooth Solutions MedSpa’s mission.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals seeking aesthetic improvements and skin health solutions. We serve a diverse patient population that values personalized care and effective treatment outcomes. As a practicing PA at Smooth Solutions MedSpa, you will play a crucial role in addressing the unique dermatological needs of each patient, from teenagers struggling with acne to adults seeking anti-aging solutions.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and PA-C certification with a valid Physician Assistant License in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or private practice setting focused on aesthetic treatments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor to provide compassionate care and build rapport with patients.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is highly preferred.
• Experience in a clinical aesthetic setting, particularly as an expert injector.
• Involvement in laser therapies and experience in sales of treatment packages and retail products are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package ranges from $120,000 to $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
