Key Responsibilities

As a Dermatology Physician Assistant, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities that directly contribute to patient health and clinic efficiency:

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and health assessments, ordering blood tests and other diagnostics as necessary.
• Document all clinical transactions accurately, including charting, writing orders, and recording progress notes per company policies and procedures.
• Perform a range of dermatological procedures, including injections, mole removal, and suturing, to address patient concerns effectively.
• Uphold high ethical standards by ensuring compliance with company regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
• Engage actively in patient education and counseling, guiding patients and their families through treatment options and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals, sharing insights and recommendations to foster a continuous improvement environment.
• Manage tasks independently, demonstrating sound decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications
