Executive Administrative Assistant

$100k - $130k

What You’ll Do Partnering closely with leadership and the EA team to drive priorities forward Acting as a key liaison for office operations across multiple locations Supporting onboarding and delivering a best-in-class employee experience Coordinating recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling and candidate communication Managing office organization, supplies, and workplace experience initiatives Supporting reception and general administrative needs as needed Coordinating team events, lunches, and company-wide gatherings What We’re Looking For 1–2+ years of experience in executive support, operations, hospitality, or administrative roles Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication across Slack, email, and in-person settings Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving startup environment A hospitality-driven, “jump in wherever needed” mindset Ambitious, resourceful, and eager to grow with a scaling company Comfort with a high-availability, 24/7 mindset and ability to work overtime, including a few weekend hours onsite Why Join Us?
