Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Optometrist (OD) to join a growing vision care practice in the Phoenix, AZ area. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced ophthalmologists in a patient-focused, medically oriented practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and optometric evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage various ocular conditions.
• Provide pre- and post-operative eye care.
• Educate patients on treatment options and overall eye health.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona Optometry license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Excellent patient care and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
