SLED Account Executive (NorCal)

Job Overview The SLED Account Executive based in the San Francisco Bay Area will own all elements of booking growth in new and existing SLED accounts in Northern California. The role requires a relentless self‑starter who focuses on acquiring new logos, developing opportunities, managing pipeline, and executing account strategies tailored to the unique SLED procurement cycles. Responsibilities Define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. Develop and manage a sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process. Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of mid‑enterprise accounts. Present Rubrik, Inc. solutions within complex data center design environments. Co‑sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to enable rapid growth. Provide Rubrik, Inc. management with feedback about local market opportunities and identification of new business and channel partnerships. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of technology sales experience (selling IT infrastructure or SaaS). Proven SLED experience. Consistent track record landing new logos within SLED. Understanding and experience working with channel partners. Consistent over‑achievement of sales targets. Highly driven, goal‑oriented “get it done” attitude. Experience selling a complex solution. Salary and Benefits US Pay Range: $124,400—$198,700 USD. This role is also eligible for commissions pursuant to the Company’s Incentive Compensation Plan, equity, and benefits.
