Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs. This includes utilizing standardized assessment tools and engaging in effective communication to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with case managers and psychiatrists to ensure clients receive holistic care, whereby treatment is personalized based on integrated feedback and progress reports.

• Engage in crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, using de-escalation techniques and supportive counseling to stabilize their situation and assist them in navigating their immediate challenges.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at improving mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and providing educational resources for our diverse populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a wide array of clients from various backgrounds, including those from different ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups. You will have the opportunity to work with individuals facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, particularly as we collaborate with our detox center to provide integrated mental health support during recovery.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A completed master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with clients and facilitating therapeutic relationships.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
