Description

• Conduct assessments in both inpatient and outpatient settings, creating tailored treatment plans for each patient
• Implement physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
• Work in close collaboration with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to achieve optimal results
• Instruct patients and their families on therapeutic goals, discharge processes, and exercises for continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in line with facility and regulatory standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or corresponding qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications
