As a Physician Assistant at Gotham Enterprises, you will work directly in our pediatric primary care clinic, which is designed to be welcoming, child-friendly, and equipped with the latest medical technology. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive physical examinations and reviewing pediatric medical histories to provide accurate assessments.
• Ordering, conducting, and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood tests and X-rays to inform treatment decisions.
• Diagnosing and treating common pediatric illnesses while developing personalized treatment plans for chronic conditions.
• Prescribing necessary medications and monitoring their efficacy to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous and organized patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Engaging with parents or guardians to explain treatment plans, health conditions, and medications clearly and empathetically.
• Providing educational resources and counseling on pediatric health issues, preventive care strategies, and community health initiatives.
• Involving yourself in the overall health promotion of pediatric patients, encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.
• Participating in continuous professional development, including training sessions, workshops, and conferences, to stay abreast of the latest pediatric healthcare trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily care for children ranging from infancy to adolescence. Your experience and knowledge will enable you to address a variety of common and complex health concerns, while your nurturing demeanor will help you connect with young patients and their families. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
• A valid Texas State Physician Assistant license (PA-C) and a DEA number.
• Demonstrated experience as a Physician Assistant in pediatric or primary care settings, with a strong preference for candidates with a focus on pediatrics.
• Expertise in pediatric health regulations and policies to maintain compliance and best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and their caregivers.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
