Work Environment\n

As a remote telehealth provider, you will have the flexibility to conduct sessions from the comfort of your own home while remaining connected to a supportive team of mental health professionals. Our telehealth platform ensures that you can provide effective care while minimizing paperwork and administrative burdens. The ideal work week runs Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, employing evidence-based practices to devise personalized treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions tailored to clients' unique situations.

• Ensure rigorous compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care plans.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality of care.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health conditions and available community resources to foster understanding and support.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices within the mental health field to provide the best care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques, with the ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities relevant to mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience working in telehealth environments and proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems are advantageous. A track record of positive patient outcomes and familiarity with group therapy practices will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
