Administrative Assistant / Front Desk

Job Summary River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant / Front Desk professional to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, and full relocation assistance will be provided to the local facility area. Operating on a hybrid schedule, you will manage our reception operations and provide seamless administrative support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing corporate communications, organizing digital workflows, and keeping administrative operations moving efficiently to maximize team productivity. Core Responsibilities Reception Management: Welcome arriving visitors, answer incoming facility phone lines, and route inquiries to the correct agronomic or sales advisor. Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic document workflows, manage calendar schedules, and organize secure cloud file structures across our network database. Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate client records, enter seasonal crop input data, and scan billing invoices directly into our central database system. Communication Integration: Monitor the central office inbox, distribute incoming mail, and draft professional correspondence for our regional management group. Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with facility management and warehouse personnel to guarantee cohesive office support and strict documentation compliance. Applicant Requirements High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; previous front-office or corporate reception experience is preferred. Proven track record in administrative support, data entry, or clerical office operations. Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, team communication tools, and the Microsoft Office suite. Willingness to relocate to the physical facility hub environment, utilizing company-provided relocation assistance. Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
