Key Responsibilities\n In this role, you will: \n \n Conduct therapy sessions with couples, ensuring a safe space to address relationship challenges while also seeing individual family members for personalized support. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist patients facing issues such as grief, loss, job stress, and substance abuse. \n Facilitate family therapy interventions to resolve conflicts among family members or siblings and support clients through transitions such as separation or divorce. \n Document treatment progress and maintain accurate records, using digital platforms to ensure continuity of care. \n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to formulate integrated treatment plans that address both mental and physical health considerations. \n \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children/adolescents, who face complex life challenges.
