Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new clients to evaluate their psychological needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Design individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific goals, taking into account their personal context and aspirations.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adults, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Offer teletherapy services, effectively engaging clients through virtual platforms and ensuring that care remains accessible regardless of circumstance.

• Deliver timely crisis intervention when necessary, employing clinical skills to manage urgent needs compassionately and effectively.

• Commit to professional development by participating in ongoing training and educational opportunities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the chance to work with a diverse adult population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will directly impact clients' ability to modify harmful behaviors, develop coping strategies, and implement effective solutions for their mental health struggles, ultimately leading to improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach are essential to effectively support clients from various backgrounds.

• Exemplary organizational skills to manage client caseloads efficiently and complete necessary documentation with minimal overhead.

• A clean disciplinary record with the licensing board is a fundamental requirement.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient therapy settings is preferred but not required.
