Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations to understand client needs. You will develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique challenges and recovery goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, to provide quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of case managers, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the holistic needs of clients experiencing substance use and mental health disorders.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations by providing immediate therapeutic support and intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring emotional safety and well-being during critical moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve include individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, as well as those facing co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated cultural competence in working with clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to maintain accurate documentation while adhering to regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
