Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories, performing assessments, and documenting key findings to guide subsequent treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and therapeutic recommendations to patients and their families, actively involving them in goal-setting processes for a more personalized approach to care.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols tailored specifically to each patient's condition while adjusting approaches as needed based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, documenting any changes in patients' conditions that may necessitate adjustments in treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Applicants must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and maintain an active PT license in the state of Virginia.
• The ability to obtain American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers is essential.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
