Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing customized physical therapy plans to prevent disability and relieve pain, ensuring that treatments align with each patient's care needs.
• Conducting thorough evaluations of clients' functional abilities using diagnostic tests and assessments, while also interpreting results to refine treatment plans.
• Overseeing physical therapy assistants to ensure adherence to the prescribed plan of care, providing direct supervision as required by state law.
• Engaging directly with patients during treatments, administering therapeutic exercises, and guiding them through functional activities tailored to their recovery.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in case conferences to evaluate and optimize comprehensive treatment approaches for our clients.
• Maintaining clinical documentation, including evaluations, care plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Actively participating in team meetings and contributing insights that enhance the organization's therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

North Park Physical Therapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
