Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our rehabilitation center, you will be pivotal in helping patients restore their mobility and improve their quality of life. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our sophisticated rehabilitation center, where teamwork and patient-centered care are at the forefront of our operations. You will join a collaborative team that includes two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all devoted to fostering a supportive and motivating atmosphere for patients. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's specific needs and functional limitations, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, allowing for individualized attention—up to one patient per hour—to enhance care quality.
• Administer various therapeutic treatments to improve patients' range of motion and mobility while focusing on cost-effective methodologies.
• Educate and motivate patients regarding their rehabilitation goals, alternative treatments to surgery, and healthy lifestyle choices to support recovery.
• Develop comprehensive and flexible treatment and wellness plans utilizing a variety of techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises.
• Utilize EMR software, such as WebPT, for accurate documentation and streamlining communication regarding treatment protocols and progress.
• Monitor patient outcomes, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and maintain continuous dialogue with patients regarding their progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Encourage the integration of fitness and wellness into patients' daily routines to promote a long-term healthy lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals experiencing orthopedic issues requiring rehabilitation, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. We work with a diverse patient population, allowing you to apply your skills across a spectrum of cases while making meaningful improvements in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid California Physical Therapist license with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques and in developing effective exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Experience with EMR software like WebPT is highly desired.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings is essential.
• Familiarity with current rehabilitation practices and emerging trends in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
