Compensation: $70K–$80K base Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances Research and resolve payment discrepancies, deductions, chargebacks, and customer disputes Partner cross‑functionally with accounting, customer service, and sales to resolve billing issues and improve processes Assist with month‑end close related to AR, including reconciliations and reporting Maintain accurate customer account records and support audit requests as needed Contribute to process improvements and help optimize AR workflows within NetSuite Qualifications 3+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience NetSuite experience is required Experience handling high‑volume transactions in a fast‑paced environment Strong understanding of reconciliations, deductions management, and collections Advanced Excel skills preferred (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables a plus) Experience within consumer products, cosmetics, beauty, or related industries is a plus Strong communication skills and attention to detail Excellent opportunity to join a growing organization with strong leadership, visibility, and long‑term growth potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Excalibur Search
