Assistant Project Manager

New York City | $90,000 - $115,000 + Benefits A well-established General Contractor in New York City is looking to add an experienced Assistant Project Manager to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for an APM with experience in hospitality construction who enjoys working on fast-paced projects and wants to be part of a team delivering high-quality work across the NYC market. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting hospitality projects and be comfortable working closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, designers, and project teams from preconstruction through completion. What you'll be doing: Supporting Project Managers with the day-to-day delivery of hospitality construction projects Assisting with project schedules, budgets, and overall coordination Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, architects, and design teams Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project scopes Assisting with procurement and subcontractor coordination Helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Supporting the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout What we're looking for: Experience working as an Assistant Project Manager on hospitality construction projects Experience with hotels, restaurants, resorts, or other hospitality environments preferred Strong understanding of the NYC construction market Experience working with subcontractors, architects, designers, and clients Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder $90,000 - $115,000 base salary (DOE) Competitive benefits package Opportunity for career growth with a respected NYC General Contractor If you're an APM looking to take the next step with a contractor that values quality, teamwork, and career progression, this could be a great opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Allegiance Group
