This position offers the unique advantage of working remotely, granting you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance without compromising your professional responsibilities. While providing care primarily via virtual platforms, you will also engage occasionally with clients in person at our hospice facility in San Luis, Arizona. Our remote work system utilizes state-of-the-art technology, ensuring seamless communication within our team and with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their specific challenges and goals.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to support client healing and resilience.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality while documenting progress and adjustments in treatment.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on supporting a diverse range of clients, including individuals battling chronic illnesses and those navigating the complexities of end-of-life care within our hospice facility. You will bridge the gap between mental health support and palliative care, providing essential emotional and psychological assistance that respects the dignity and wishes of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure without any pending disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrable experience in clinical social work, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and development of effective treatment strategies.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to engage and build trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually for this full-time position.
