Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist - Primary Care - South Philadelphia, PA

AstraZeneca seeks a Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for the Primary Care team in South Philadelphia, focused on cardiovascular, renal, and metabolic disease products. The role involves educating healthcare professionals, driving sales performance in an assigned territory, and executing strategic business plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop product and disease state expertise to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence and efficacy profiles
- Drive sales performance and manage forecasts to meet territory and therapeutic targets
- Complete required training and product examinations
- Develop territory strategy with management to increase sales performance
- Coordinate promotional efforts and implement strategic targeting plans using available resources and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical or sales experience
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Knowledge of cardiovascular, renal, or metabolic disease therapeutics preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and convey complex clinical information
