Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you flexibility while you conduct assessments and provide therapy from the comfort of your own home. Our operational hours run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, designed to support a healthy work-life balance. Emphasizing collaboration, you will have access to ongoing consultations with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, specifically targeting conditions like depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate symptom relief and enhance coping strategies.

• Provide essential education to clients and their families concerning mood disorder management, treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed in response to evolving needs and feedback.

• Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on advancements in mood disorder treatment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions and adherence to legal and ethical standards of care.

• Advocate for clients by promoting understanding and dispelling myths surrounding mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who are experiencing mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Your empathetic approach will play a critical role in helping these individuals navigate their challenges, empowering them toward recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities geared toward mood disorders.
\n
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to and understand clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in a clinical setting delivering therapeutic interventions for mood disorders is preferred. A proven track record of successful treatment outcomes and familiarity with psychopharmacology will be advantageous. Preference will be given to candidates who have participated in advanced training workshops in evidence-based therapies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
